Question ITVX error code 10-02

Hello, I cannot download episodes from ITVX with Anystream, when I hit play on the show I get the error code 10-02, has anyone else had this and does anyone know a solution? hoping somebody can help me. Kindest Regards. Ged

You need to leave an AnyStream log file with every support request.

Try logging into the ITVx page on a browser, I had this error because I hadn't verified my email address, after confirming the email address in the browser, redfox now works
