Needs Attention Hulu Missing Thumbnails

Suddenly out of nowhere yesterday, when I start up AS+ and go to Hulu I just see a blank grey screen no thumbnails for anything at all, but I do still see the search box and I can search stuff and it shows me the thumbs for the search results and it can still download from that. But I am wondering why I don't see the other thumbnails anymore?

Please post the log file with any report not just this anytime. Something goes wrong. You have to post a log file or we can’t help you. Obviously something on your computer is blocking it try turn off your pop-up blockers.
 
You may need to log into the Hulu website and accept the new EULA. This is not shown in AS UI, but it will pop-up on the web in a browser. Once you've accepted the EULA, close AS and restart.

I'm having the same issue with Hulu. I've confirmed that I can log into hulu via a web broswer just fin with no additional pop ups or T&S to accept. I tried creating a log file and I keep receiving an error that states "Failed to create log file". Not sure what to do at this point to escalate this. Using AS+ 1.8.3.0 on Mac. Any suggestion on how to get the log file created to help with escalation?

My post literally said that AS will not let me create a log file. I am getting an error when I try to create a log file. So I'm not sure what else to do.

Uninstall reboot and reinstall and try to create a log file. Turn off popup blockers. Try turning off your firewall (if you have one) for a minutes and see if you can create one.
 
Same issue here. Also happened in earlier version, but cleared itself.

Can everyone in this thread tell me what anti-virus and firewall you are using?

EDIT:


Going to the browser and accepting the new Subscriber agreement, logging out of Hulu in AS, closing it, re-opening and logging back in didn't help...

I jumped back to 1.8.2.1 and Hulu thumbnails are restored.


So looks to be a 1.8.3.0 thing...

Re-installed 1.8.3.0 and Hulu is back to normal.


So maybe then it was a momentary Hulu thing, unrelated to AS? :=)

Just as Pete said it would be. Now all you other members do what testiles did in the post above this one.
