Please exit AnyDVD HD altogether and make sure it is not running (shut it down from the tray icon). Open your device manager, locate your DVD drive, open its properties (use the Windows help or a search engine if you are unsure how to do this), check which region is set to your drive. It might look as if the region that matches this DVD was set already, in which case you just double-click this region to reconfirm it. If the matching region is not set, please select and double-click this region. Confirm your changes, restart AnyDVD HD and re-insert the DVD.
