CloneBD would not copy this disc. I am using a Pioneer BD-RW BDR-209M blu ray burner. It burned at whatever speed the clonebd software is set to burn at. I did not change any settings. I will attach log files and other information. Thanks, Jon

First things first, there's no such thing as a blu-ray DVD. It's either a DVD or a blu-ray DISC.

Where exactly did it fail, during the cloning / shrinking phase, or during the phase that actually burns the shrunk contents to disc? You're using quality VERBAT-IMe-000 discs so thats not the problem. I assume the IHBS2122 drive is the source drive if so, there's newer firmware for it dating back 4 years (HL05, you're on HL04)
Code:
http://www.firmwarehq.com/download_2023-file_HL05.EXE.html

The BDR-209M is the target drive? Seems to have trouble burning to the verbatim blanks. However it your case it COULD be a simple fix. You're running drive firmware 1.20. There's version 1.34 available for it here dating back to a few months ago (may '16).

Code:
http://www.firmwarehq.com/Pioneer/BDR-209M/files.html
which could potentially solve the issue.

See if that helps. if it doesn't, try ripping to HDD first and then feeding the rip to CloneBD.

You should first try that updated firmware. But my feeling is, that your drive is going down.
It has read errors when reading the source disc and when it comes to writing it spits out write errors without sense codes.

I have two DVD burners (both pioneer purchased in the last two years that have not burned more than 100 Blu Ray, DVD, or cd's. Do you suggest that I purchase a new one? If so, please advise which make and model to buy? Thanks

Is it a DVD burner or a Blu-ray burner. There is a difference and that can create unnecessary confusion. Yes a Blu-ray burner will also burn DVD's and CD's but are classified as a Blu-ray burners. But a DVD burner will not burn Blu-ray just DVD's and CD's .

It really is a preference thing but maybe @Adbear could give you some pointers on comparing drives and manufacturers that we all can benefit from.

I have a Pioneer blu ray burner BD-RW BDR-209M burner and an external Pioneer bly ray burner BDR-XD05B.

Then provide both an anydvd logfile and cloneBD logfile please. However, in order to not waste another of your blanks i'd recommend either of the following or both

- pick yourself up one or more BD-RE's, in case somethign goes wrong you simply erase and try again
- Output to ISO or folder instead of burning to blanks, if the iso output is succesful your target drive has problems burning to those blank discs
