Not a RedFox Issue Failure downloading from Amazon

Running version 1.8.6.0 (64-bit)

Have never tried Amazon before today. After selecting a video from the web page in AnyStream, the following is displayed:



Opened Chrome (externally) and did what the message says. Chrome says the component was up to date. Tried again, same failure. Found a posting that suggested clearing cache. Did that as well. Same failure.
Attempting to download American Rust s02e01 (also tried s02e02 with same result).

Log file is attached.
