Make sure AS is closed

As Deepspace said correctly, that is the error, when the file is open and you try to install the file with the old version open. You need to close the old file, and press " Retry"

It resets one every 7 minutes, give or take a few seconds.

It takes a while, I think it was 15 mins per Token.

It takes a while, I think it was 15 mins per Token.

It used to reset at one every 36 minutes when the quota was 100, now it's 500 so you divide 5 into 36 and you will have your reset time. 7 minutes plus a few seconds. for a reset of one token. 70 minutes for 10, remember the token counter is counting as you download.
