I recommend an Oppo for now. So far, the 83, 93, and 95 don't have the Cinavia infection. Oppo seems to take an anti-Cinavia stance. However, that may change after February 1. It's possible that they might stay Cinavia free, but any new models introduced after February 1 will probably have it.
