Decryption issue

i rented a movie from amazon never seen this error till yesterday it says, Sorry but we are currently unable to decrypt this stream. the movie is a street cat named bob i will upload logs and pictures.

Ditto... regarding purchased content.
Note: Issue occurred with 1 episode out of 12.
Strangely enough, after reloading AS, all episodes only offered SD content.

I wasn't trying too on purpose clicked wrong button that time, but it doesn't work regardless. I will just wait till they have a fix then thanks.
