Resolved D+ Provider setup failed (solved)

For some reason D+ keeps saying "provider setup failed". I have tried deleting the provider and re-adding them, but keep getting the error. Does anyone know what could cause this?

Found the problem VPN split-tunnel was not allowing AnyStream to bypass the VPN.
