I need to renew a license and the credit card system is down, I'm not familiar with bitcoin. Any ideas of the time frame before they credit cards come back online or is this a permanent issue?

Try and get familiar with BTC, its so easy, but the CC issue is not permanent, it will be back. Not sure when but it will be back, buy some BTC with anyone of 100 different services, its so easy.
