Country code locked disc

With the list, it should be easy to add more country codes: Just copy the values.
James said more space in the UI was needed, but if you handle the selection of the Blu-ray Region via a pull-down menu like the selection of the DVD Region, only one line is necessary.
The pull-down menu could look like that:
[x] Remove Blu-ray region code
--- Remove region code (in general) ---
Automatic
Always ask for region code of inserted disc
Region A
Region B
Region C
--- Enforce BD country code ---

Sure that would work, but it is a waste of programming time, since no other country codes are enforced this way.
It would probably just cause more confusion.
You can use the registry edit as mentioned earlier in this thread, if you really need it.
