CloneBD hangs when converting for a device or file

I am having difficulty converting BD to mobile formats. I have tried two different BDs (Guardians of the Galaxy & Captain America Winter Soldier) and two different devices (Samsung Galaxy 10.1, Surface 2) Ultimately the conversion stops at between 10% and 15%. The process hangs and the preview shows the stopped location. The resulting video plays perfectly but it's only a portion of the entire disk. Any suggestions as to why this is happening and what I can do to resolve it?

Did you send the error log file to them?? That would be a good thing to do.
 
All issues are being worked on, another version should be out very soon, thank you. There is a known issue with Guardians of the Galaxy
