Question Can't connect to HBOMax through provider AT&T login

I connect to HBOMax through a service provider (AT&T). That login works fine in Firefox, other browsers and the HBOMax app. But through AnyStream I get an error. Any ideas?

This is not an AnyStream issue. Ask ATT why you cannot connect. Our service goes through the HBO Website, there are ways to log in through a provider. I would suggest google may have the answer.

Okay. Guess I’m out of luck. The login works everywhere, even on this machines browsers. It’s only AnyStream where the blocker occurs. I couldn’t find the answer and don’t want to ask ATT why AnyStream isn’t support. Thanks anyway.

Try changing your password, it helps sometimes. Without a log file posted I cannot help you much.

Don't use your ATT credentials. You can register a separate account directly with HBOMax and then use those credentials to log in through AS
