Good Morning,

I tried to back-up Avventure di Sammy Dvd but when I tried to masterize with Clone did not find any bite.

This is the AnyDvd log:

Firstly update your AnyDVD. Secondly where's the anydvd logfile and third, nobody can read anything from that image. Its way too small

You need to provide an AnyDVD log file from the original disk. From the infomation you've provided so far, the disk you have is a bootleg.

Dear Mike,
I regularly bought AnyDvd and CloneDvd through my hungarian company many years ago when the license was "forlife". So, for sure it is not bootleg.

Honestly I am not so expert and I do not know what I have to do.

I am sorry for having posted many time the same post but I thought that each group was different.

After that can you suggest me something about "Sammy" ? What have I to check on anydvd or on Clone ?

I wasn't suggesting you AnyDVD or CloneDVD was a bootleg, but the 1st log you provided suggested that the DVD was not a professionaly manufactured original, but a poorly produced pirate. I'll check your new log soon.

Like I said, this is a pirate disk and contains no protection. You do not need AnyDVD to copy it. Read errors are due to it being a poor copy. To your LOG:

Remove the filter(s):

Create a backup of your registry. Refer here for how to do so.
Download ImgBurn (freeware).
Start ImgBurn and go to Tools > Filter Driver Load Order...
Select "InCDPass" & "InCDRm" & "Afc". Click Remove Selected Filter. Click OK.
Reboot.

Whatever programs installed the filter may no longer work properly.
Reinstall the piece of software that originally installed the filter to get things working again if necessary.
It is not recommended that you do so, however, because the problem will likely happen again at a later time

I have same problem and same anydvd log with AVVENTURE_DI_SAMMY. A tried to create a ISO immage with AnyDvd but only menu is present in immage.

Is not a piracy disc ! In Italy some ORIGINAL DVD not are a CSS protected.

You need my same LOG of DVD from ANYDVD ?

Yes, please provide your logfile too. I suspect a developer needs to look into this.

Same problem, original disc etc..
With AnyDVD activated all tracks duration is 0.
With AnyDVD Deactivated all tracks are 1:22:22 but if you start ripping cloneDVD gives a reading error!

first of all I thank you for your kind reply. The problem is the same that the other found:

a) the DVD is original from shop. I updated Anydvd but the Status is always the same like the following (this is in this exact moment)

b) I am always using CloneDvd with Anydvd

Attached I send jpeg of Clone Situation

The DVD is inside, is checked by Anydvd but Clone is not finding an byte.

c) if you read the DVD with a nornal TV-DVD reader you can see the movie but it is impossible to use it with any PC-DVD Reader.

Hope to have clarifyed the situation also for other people who has the same
problem.

That's not an AnyDVD log file. Please update to 6.7.9.9 and provide a log.

Please let us know which version of CloneDVD you are using (and update to 2.9.2.11 if you're not using it)

Can you copy the disk with Windows explorer (AnyDVD disabled) to your hard drive?

Sorry if I answer, no you can not copy because the DVD is 404gbyte whit anydvd enable or disable (view the immage).

I don't create the image too with anydvd.

Questions:

For the moment I have not any Beta release installed but only the official i.e:

AnyDvd: 6.7.9.0
CloneDvd: 2.9.2.8

Considering that I have two old licenses with updates "for Life" if I install the Beta releases suggested do I loose this condition ?

After that I found that is Anydvd that active the protection for PC-Dvd-Reader.

If you desable/close Anydvd the DVD is working properly also with PC and is possibile to see the movie with WMP or other media software

If you open the disk with CloneDvd - after having desabled Anydvd - Clone can find bytes but is not working properly for copy. The DVD is perfectly cleaned
