I've purchased AnyStream a while back and have a .exe file for the license, I was wondering if that file works with the new platforms like apple or if I need to contact support?

Changelog AnyStream

The license works across all versions. Just be careful if you want to use it on multiple devices, like PC and a laptop. AS should not run on both at the same time.

In my opinion is the 'license' (in latin: licet) not a file or what ever – it is a permission or allowance, granted by someone (here: Redfox).
In the Redfox case the license is activated by the keyfile – it is not in the exe or other install files.

(just my 2ct)
