Resolved AnyStream error with Amazon

Hi there,
today I updated to latest version 1.5.6.0 on windows x64.

now the downloadables button disappeared in Amazon Prime:

what am I doing wrong ?
I tried restarting multiple times (like suggested in forum) but didn´t help.
Please find attached the log file...

thanks for your reply, yes, I tried all three of them, the same result.
 
I will look over your log file when I get into my office. Are you trying to download a movie that you have to pay for? If so, you have to pay for it and refresh the screen. Try uninstalling the program and reinstalling it. Reboot your computer after you uninstall it. if that doesn’t work, go to.
C/users/user name/app data/local/RedFox/cache. - delete the cache folder
 
I got into similar situation like you and also the entire PV page was blank, after clearing AS cache, it fixed the issue for me.

Note: I'm using VPN when I ran into that issue. If no VPN, PV was fine.

To delete AS cache
- close AS
- delete C:\Users\#UserName#\AppData\Local\RedFox\AnyStream\cache
- restart AS
