i update to the last version, and i don't know why, everytime i open Carnival Row the program just closes, i can't upload any logs causa it's not a "download problem", the best i can do is pickup the log messages...

After that the program just closes, i find this problem with some title, Carnival Row, The Consultant, anyone with the same problem?

If you are going to post a logfile please post it correctly.
 
Same problem with Carnival Row, AS (1.5.2.0) just closes, no chance for a log file. Loc UK no VPN

Okay we know about it, it has been confirmed on Carnival Row, thank you. I have log files. I don't need any more information, thank you.
 
If you find another series besides Carnival Row, please post it, Carnival Row has been confirmed. If you find another download on Amazon that crashes AS besides Carnival Row. Post it. Otherwise we have it reported. Thank you.

The issue is reported to the developers and they will get on it as soon as possible.
 
hmm not sure about a log file because as soon as it loads it crashes. No opportunity to save it, unless AS does it automatically? I had to re-open AS and save the log. Not sure it is helpful.
