Blu-rayの出力機器は、Panasonic TZ-BT9000BW（CATV用）です。
 
I think the issue is related to a standalone recorder for videos that records on BD-RE and adds encryption. We would need to know the process how suemasa produced the disc and then a log file from AnyDVD as a minimum.

この問題は、BD-RE に記録し、暗号化を追加するスタンドアロンのビデオ レコーダーに関連していると思います。少なくとも、suemasa がディスクを作成し、その後 AnyDVD からログ ファイルを作成したプロセスを知る必要があります。
 
英語の意味も翻訳された日本語の意味も不明です。
 
なお、二枚のディスクで同じワーニングが発生しますので、ディスクの汚れ等では無いと思います。

私も同様なトラブルです。
 
AnyDVDHDのログファイルをお送りください。

ログファイルは、メディアを挿入しスキャプロセスが終了するとリクエストにより作成されます。
システムトレイから赤いキツネのロゴをクリックし、「ログファイルを作成」を選択してください。作成されたログファイルはマイドキュメント内に保存されています。　保存名は"AnyDVD_Info_X_LABEL.zip"のような形となっています。"X"の箇所はドライブ名になります。

お手数ですが、よろしくお願い致します。
 
ログファイルは何処に送付すれば良いですか？

This disc (this recorder) uses an "AACS2_av" directory instead of "/AACS/AACS_av".
I haven't seen this before, is this a recorded UHD disc? AnyDVD doesn't handle this.
The error message is "unable to open /AACS/AACS_av/CPSUnit00001.cci".

日本語でお願いします。
 
このディスク（このレコーダー）は、「/AACS/AACS_av」の代わりに「AACS2_av」ディレクトリを使用しています。
これは見たことがありませんが、これは録画された UHD ディスクですか? AnyDVD はこれを処理しません。
エラー メッセージは「/AACS/AACS_av/CPSUnit00001.cci を開けません」です。
 
使用してるディスクはBD-RE XLです。先に記載してる機器にてCS放送の番組をムーブしています。
 
使用するディスクの種類は関係ありません。 AnyDVD では処理できないこの AACS 構造を追加するのがそのレコーダーです。
 
使用するディスクの種類は関係有りませんとはなんですか？UHDディスクですか？と聞いてきたのはそちらです。
