we would like to inform you that a new version of AnyDVD
has been released. Here the list of fixes and improvements:

7.4.6.0 2014 04 15
- New: PowerDVD 14.0.24931.3917 is now supported by
AnyDVD's unique Cinavia fix
- New (Blu-ray): Support for new discs
- New (DVD): Support for new discs

The update is free for all registered customers, of course.
Just install the new version on top of your current version,
regardless which version you have installed:

If your license has expired you must renew before you install the update
or else your product will stop working.

What exactly do the Cinavia fix?????

Simply it let you play any bluray movie eve at devices it isn't hdcp?

As previously stated, the cinavia fix patches the SOFTWARE player to not detect a signal. It does NOT remove the signal itself, standalones will still trigger cinavia. Wether or not your screen is hdcp compatible is irrelevant, that has no influence on cinavia

AnyDVD HD "Settings" explained?

I am a recent proud purchaser of AnyDVD HD. Has worked flawlessly on my new high-powered PC that I just built - for ripping and burning complete iso images of Blu-Ray discs.

I've searched the Forums, although briefly, concerning copying movies only, and eliminating trailers and other "Bonus" garbage. I found those options in the AnyDVD HD "Settings", but no instructions on how to proceed. I thought it meant that I had to use the AnyDVD ripper (as opposed to ImgBurn) to eliminate those undesirable elements, but when I did that, I chose "Rip to image" option. When I burned the image via ImgBurn, I still got everything that was on the original disc. ??

I've briefly checked the Forums, and thought I found an answer, but that info dated back to 2007-08. Are those commands/files now incorporated into the newest version of AnyDVD HD to give you those Settings options? There's not much in the "Tutorials" that's of any help.

Thanks for a great product - just want to know how to use it better - lol. Hate burning DL Blu-Ray discs if I don't have to. My apologies for posting this, as I'm certain folks have been looking for this kind of info, and it's here somewhere.

If you can steer me to recent posts explaining all of this, that would be great. Thanks for any and all input. It is greatly appreciated!

- Bill
