Yor setting appear to be fine. Please read Peer post which is one post above you.
In summary Peer saying it is different disc. Wait for news in regards to this title.

Well, I am not really Peer so I can't really answer that question.
Prehaps you can address to Peer directly and then wait for reply.
 
Prometheus Region 4 BD - BD+ not being removed correctly, but AnyDVD shows it was successful (online database) yet the log file shows it failed - conflicting information - Have attached log file for convenience and posted in BD+ area for investigation here: http://forum.slysoft.com/showpost.php?p=355784&postcount=18
