1. Look at the GUI of AnyStream.
2. In the upper left-hand corner you will see FILE
3. Press File, and you will see Create log file, create it
4. It is in a .zip format (lastlog) on your desktop or in your documents
5. Upload to the forum with your error report and explanation.

Solo pasa con amazon con hbo max o Disney no sucede
Debe ser un problema tuyo, en este preciso momento estoy descargando con normalidad desde amazon, te recomiendo reinstalar el programa en su ultima versión y si es posible verifica las carpetas de los temporales para que también las elimine antes de instalar.
a mi me paso eso en algun momento pero fue algo relacionado con mi pc, solo lo desinstale y lo volvi a instalar y listo.
Si eso no se soluciona prueba en otro pc y si funciona en tu otro pc tienes que formatear el tuyo ya que hay algo que te da problema.
