There are errors in the log because of your proxies and VPNs, this has always been this way with you.

lol. how come i was able to download a few things? im not saying its not ironsocket going down the drain, whichh it probably is, but problem described is intermittent. will inspect further. thanks.

You can try to add the item you want to your watchlist then open the video from your watchlist page rather than the homepage. The problem might be in the homepage

No reinstalling will not help. If you found something that worked, use it until we can find the error.
