Not used this new version but at some point in the last few they changed that to be set at not full and I always had to remember to set it all the way to the right. It seems like that should be the default or just remember the last setting used.

That is not the issue I had? I had to select Popup and Notepad to get popup to stick. If you just clicked popup it would not be selected the next time.
