I have a life time version, but when I tried to install it on a new computer the key was rejected. How can I get this fixed?

I just installed CloneBD and CloneDVD on my new computer without issue. However, AnyDVD HD does not accept my lifetime key. How vcan I get a key that works?

"The Old Man and the Gun" movie reports readability errors. However, it plays well on the TV-no read errors. Log attached. See that the right group gets it.

"Their Finest" does not backup correctly. The whole thing copies but, a notice of unauthorized use pops up for a few seconds and the movie continues. The end credits are given in the middle of the movie and the end of the movie is cut off.

A reinstall solved the problem-now it works perfectly.

I uninstalled/reinstalled ANYDVD and installed the latest beta. That did as you alluded to above. Your own words "Windows update it could have corrupted your AnyDVD and may require reinstallation. If all this fails next reply include Log files of AnyDvd and CloneBD."

I cannot run CloneBD and get a log file as it does not even go beyond the message I gave you above. However, on my Windows 7 computer it worked just fine. Methinks Microsoft is behind this as this was ran after the Creative Update of Windows 10. Sorry about the language but, I was just POed.

Then what the hell does ANYDVD do. It makes it possible to make backup copies. Your answer is a load of crap!! CloneBD backed up my discs in the past.

I entered "Birth of a Nation" BD and got the following message: see attachment. I have latest updates but, cannot even get to first base. It plays on my BD player and TV without issue.

I ripped, before the update, a movie. I then went to rip the same movie after the update but, the disc was not recognized. Microsoft has rendered the program useless-no problem on Windows 7 computers. I got a zip file to upload as a result.

Splash player does an excellent job. There are no freebees that I am aware of.

I just re-did Star Wars and it copied perfectly, go figure? DTS/AC3 and it flew.

The first thing I did was to eliminate AC3 audio, but no soap. I knew voice over was on AC3, but DTS did no better

I had the two audio tracks AC3 & DTS. I found the AC3 to have the voice over, but all other combinations failed to get rid of it.

I cannot get rid of voice over. Using latest ver. 1.0.8.2. Using a prior version is no solution.

No problem here. Windows 7, 64 bit. No problem ripping "Bridge of Spies."
