"Their Finest" does not backup correctly. The whole thing copies but, a notice of unauthorized use pops up for a few seconds and the movie continues. The end credits are given in the middle of the movie and the end of the movie is cut off.

That doesn't seem to be a CloneBD issue, but an AnyDVD one.
Please post an AnyDVD log file from that disc.
