The other 2 to evaluate for sure on a PC are Jriver Media Centre and VLC. Both play 4K Blu-ray Support, HDR10 content and don't have the restrictions of PowerDVD, better support (Jriver) and no Cinavia.

Hi James. Because when I mounted a 4K ISO and ran the Bd Advisor, it said my setup failed on not having a 4K Blu-Ray player.

If you want to play UHD ISO "Full fat" i.e menus etc in Powerdvd then your system must pass the 4K BD Advisor tests. You can have everything pass the test, protected path, Kaby lake etc etc but it still won't play unless you have a 4K blu-Ray drive. My question was, can VCD allow your system to...

Did you perform a boot scan? Fire up Taskmgr and see if anything you dont understand is running. Google anything you are suspicious about. Check startup programs from Taskmgr. Check services, again Google anything strange.

Or get a cheap HTPC and run AnyDVD on it.

No. Anydvd alone does not remove Cinavia from the copy it only prevents a player from detecting it if Anydvd is running on the PC playing the copy which obviously it can't be on a stand alone player.
