BD rebuild audio error

I am trying to use BD rebuild for the first time and getting the error message, "Failed to retrieve audio, aborted."

Here is the rest of the log file of what I see.

Usual reason is you have a corrupt file and therefore it can't extract it. I'd suggest re-ripping the disc

no not that, that is the content from the ini file. Go to your workfolder and post the contents of the BD-REBUILDER.LOG file, then go to where you extracted the bdrb zipfile, run the file inspect.exe and post that log too

There's your problem. You didnt set it up properly and you're using the wrong versions and have toolst not installed

1) you don't have the HAALI splitter installed
2) the FFDShow version you're using is not the correct one. You're not using the one from the 1st post in the BDRB thread
3) FFDShow is not properly configured. VC1 codec handling is not configured and neither ins MPEG2 codec handling

Follow the instructions from the thread i linked in post #2, and use ONLY the versions of the helper tools that are linked to in that same post.

The reason your rebuild is failing is due to missing helper tools, incorrect versions and settings that are not even set.

Working folder = WORKING path you set when you first started the software. In that working path there will be a file called bd-rebuilder.log that contains the discs you've processed and how. But that doesn't matter for the moment till you configure it properly
