new blue light cannot be read

If your drive reads other discs OK the assumption for this one is that it's a bad disc.

Can you post a logfile for another disc just to make sure your drive is working OK?

My optical drive can recognize it
My computer can play it.
Only anydvd cannot read it.
In my experience, it's a new type of protection.

@coopervid

This is a disc that can be read by anydvd
When I insert the drive and open anydvd, it pops up: The disc is being read.

When I inserted the disc, it was reading without pop-ups.
It just shows here: Scanning the disc!
The CD you inserted will be ready to use later. Please be patient!
But it was useless because I waited more than 2 hours and still was like that1.png

This log is not from a physical drive but from an ISO DVD you have loaded.

ummary for drive N: (AnyDVD HD 8.6.8.0, BDPHash.bin 20-03-11)
MSFT VIRTUAL DVD-ROM 1.0
Drive (Hardware) Region: free
Current profile: DVD-ROM
Media is a DVD.

Now i have read what James has posted if there is a real issue with this disc being a BOD disc:

Exit AnyDVD
Put the disc in your drive.
Show us a picture what you see in Windows Explorer on your ASUS drive. What files and folders?

Exit AnyDVD

Put disc in drive.

Make similar picture.

AnyDVD を終了する

ディスクをドライブに入れます。

似たような絵を作ります。

@James , can you please have a look? anytop1 has trouble with this Bluray-on-demand (BOD) disc.

Since the disc is not AACS protected but has probably structural protection with some bogus m2ts files I would try the following:

Install CloneBD.
Exit AnyDVD.
Try to make a full copy of the disc with CloneBD. This should not copy the bogus m2ts files. (CloneBD is free w/o the need to buy a key as long as you do not compress the video).

Unfortunately there is no logfile to look at.

I suggest to disable screenpass removal. This may help with logfile creation.

Exit AnyDVD, and modify registry:

Code:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\SlySoft\AnyDVD\Settings

RemoveScreenpass = 0

Unfortunately, when I clicked on it using cloneBD, there was no response either.

Thank you very much for your attention. I may not understand.
I tried to get the merchant to reissue it and see what the result was.

On the left bottom of your screen type "Regedit" in the search box. Then click Registry Editor. Modify the the entry James has posted. Close AnyDVD. Start AnyDVD and try again if it will let you create a logfile with that disc.

The following may be too much to ask.
If so, can you take a screenshot to show me what I should do
