So this will be the second device I will have used my lifetime key on. I actually put in a ticket about this a several months ago, but it doesn't look like I've gotten anything back... With ChromeCDM dying and my copy of SF not working I figured I should check in over here and see how things are going.

I saw the Basic was discontinued, and just to put it out there, that should not be the issue as I updated to Plus on 9/12/2021. I have the email receipts if verification is needed.

But it might be you are using the Anystream activation instead of the Plus version.
