Greetings: Been using both Any DVD and Clone DVD for a few years now. When attempting to make backup copies of both X-Men: First Class AND X3: The Last Stand I am getting read failures approximately 10-15 minutes into the read.

These errors occur on both my laptop and desktop PC computers. Both running Window 7.

Errors: Clone DVD Error: System cannot read from specified device. If reading the media, please clean surface the try again.

I've cleaned both DVDs and have downloaded the latest AnyDVD (7.2.3.0)

I've attached the log file form my latest attempt with X3: The Last Stand.

Thanks, John

Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)

Set your drive region code to see if that helps.

i. Right click the fox on your toolbar. Exit Anydvd
ii. Click start. Right click on "My computer"--->select "properties".
iii.Click on the 'Hardware' tab--->click the 'device manager' button.
iv. Open the dvd/cdrom branch---> right click on your optical drive
v. Click "properties".
vi. You should have a region tab. From there you can select a region.
vii. Select the region that you're in
viii. Start Anydvd

IMPORTANT *You must EXIT AnyDVD first*.
