Writing to video media was not successful/nim's island

Since the last couple weeks, While using clone DVD I have a error code of writing to video media was not sucessful or Please insert a recordable media(Recordable media is already inserted). After 15 to 20 time of pressing cancel and then pressing write it allowed me to process.
But, now it's not operating at all. Any thoughts?
I have attached the log file.

FYI, I am using good media (Verbatim) I have back up plenty dvd with this media so it's definitly not the media.

According to the Asus firmware website, ASUS DVD-E616A is a dvd-rom drive and not a burner.

Provide Anydvd log files using your burner.

Operating System: Windows XP (32-bit) Service Pack 2

1. You may want to update to Service Pack 3

PID: 500: napster.exe

2. End process on that when using Clonedvd

PID: 952: AcroRd32.exe

3. End process on that when using Clonedvd

4. Try another burner

5. Do not burn at max. Try a 8x or 12 burn speed.

When I disabled napster everything started working fine. It was almost instantanious.
