Just purchased new computer with windows 8 and tried to install anydvd/clonedvd. Desktop computer says "this app can not run on your pc. Contact software publisher to get version for your pc. Please help. Thanks
 
Try either turning off User Account Control or right clicking on the install program and choosing 'run as administrator'. I haven't tried CloneDVD myself, but AnyDVD works fine on Windows 8
