will not load dvd

system will not load movie. drive will load blank. any ideas to fix?
 
with so little information, no other than maybe the disc is dirty/defective

Right click the AnyDVD tray icon at the lower right of your screen and "exit" AnyDVD. The try to play that DVD. If it does not play you will not likely get a copy.
