Where's Balloon Tip?

"Show Balloon Tip" is checked in my AnyDVD 6315 Settings. Red Fox Icon is Open in Tray...red color fades out as it cycles disc...BUT the Balloon Tip does NOT appear...everything else is working perfectly.
Could a "pop up blocker" be the reason it does not come up?

That feature has never worked for me either if I'm on the internet or not.

I just switched from Windows XP Home to XP Pro. (Pro) has Balloon Tips disabled. I knew there had to be a reason. :clap:
