Guys, it's been over a YEAR since I emailed you to tell you that I was getting pipe errors with the latest version. I was told then that a fix would be available soon, so I rolled back to the previous version and went on with my business.

Like I said, that was over a YEAR ago. WTF have you guys been doing since then? Why is this still not working? I bought Slysoft software over Xilisoft but now I see that I made the wrong choice. When the hell are you guys going to have this fixed?

Are you issuing refunds for Mobile? Cos if you are, I want one and if you're not, why not?
