Maybe more then ten years ago, I transferred VHS tape to dvd.
I be able to copy to computer with help from CloneDVDmobile but the file is VOB type.
Now I learned that I can't not see from Lightroom or Premiere Pro..
Need to convert to Movie file(?)
Can I convert file from CloneDVD or do I need other program to convert?

Slysoft does not have a product that can convert a single .vob file into another mobile format such as .mp4, .avi

CloneDVD & CloneDVD Mobile only work with full DVD structures as a source
 
Just Google "VOB to MOV Converter", and you'll get a few options (e.g., Wondershare). Some of these are freeware and should do the job for you.
