is there any way i can check on my 1 year licence subscription it was entered twice the same day
with my visa card as per the posted instructions sent via your e mail. i have checked with my bank and they
have no record of this transaction. it was sent july 4th
thank you
 
You personally cannot, however the support staff can. However since you say your bank has no record of the transaction, it's very likely the transaction didn't succeed. Please contact support and mention your Order ID. They will then be able to either send you the license (if a payment was received), or tell you if the transaction succeeded or not and what to do next.
