Video TS and Video RM files

I have been using Any DVD + Clone DVD for some time, and both are excellent.

If I copy a film from the TV, the DVD has TS and RM (video) files, can any of the Sly Soft programmes convert these to AVI/MP3/MP4 or other playable on mobile devices?
