unexpected error message

Disc: The nun and the sergeant UPC 88390424341001

I can make an ISO using CloneDVD2 with no problem.

Unfortunately, I can not make an MP4 directly from the disc using Clone DVD Mobile. Everytime I try, I get the following error:

I am also having the same problem with "The best things in life are free" UPC 024543857044.

It is also the same label, 20th Century Fox Cinema archives.

Also, I tried using WinX DVD Ripper and PaveTube and they could not get make an MP4.

I was able to make an ISO using CloneDVD2 and use those two other programs to open the ISO in order to make an MP4.
