Unable to Rip the hitmans bodyguard

AnyDVD will scan and show its ready but when I open handbrake to rip it will start and finish with a 4kb file. Anyone else have this issue? This is a Redbox rental BTW. I am attaching the log file in hopes that will help.Thanks and have a great day.
