Follow the steps in the order that they are listed:
SONY DVD RW DRU-800A KY04 JUN13 ,2005
1. Update your drive's firmware: click

DLACDBHM (System32\Drivers\DLACDBHM.SYS), Version: 0.0.0.0 (1.0.0.1)

FileVersion: local_build
drvmcdb (system32\drivers\drvmcdb.sys), Version: 8.10.44.0 (1.0.0.1)
Company: Sonic Solutions

Description: Device Driver
FileVersion: 8.10.44a
You have packet writing software on your system, Sonic Solutions' Drive Letter Access, which can cause conflicts with Anydvd and contribute to strange disc reading (and writing) issues. If you need to drag and drop files to burn (as you would to a floppy disc), then use dvd-ram instead, which is more stable.
2. i) Create a backup of your registry
ii) Download imgburn. It's a free program:
http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download
(it's also an excellent program imo)
iii) Go to Tools > Filter Driver Load Order. Select "drvmcdb". Click "Remove Selected Filter". Select "DLACDBHM". Click "Remove Selected Filter". Click "ok".
iv) Reboot
Keep in mind that whatever programs installed these filters entries (drivers) in your registry will no longer function properly.
3. Update to Anydvd 6.4.7.0: click
http://forum.slysoft.com/showpost.php?p=133295&postcount=1
4. a) State the full error message(s) you encountered (click "details"),
b) tell us what program(s) you were using when you received the error message(s), and
c) describe in detail what you were doing when you received the error message(s). What problem are you having exactly?
5. If you're using 1-Click, ensure that CPRx is disabled when using Anydvd. 1-Click also has their own forums; if the error message is coming from 1-Click, you may want to post there:
