I was backing up (burning) a blu-ray I own when another program popped up a UAC prompt. Since these prompts appear to freeze the entire computer, will this affect disc burning? I was out of the room when this occurred, it may have been stuck for several minutes as far as I know.
After burning I did test the disc by playing it on a software player and skipping around the main title to make sure it did not crap out anywhere and it seemed to be fine. Of course the true test would be watching the entire movie, but that will probably not happen for a few weeks.
Is it worth burning another (expensive) BD-R DL or are my concerns unfounded?
