TV CardPremium Content and ANYDVD HD Question

For the experts.

I don't know if ANYDVD HD can do this so I thought I'd ask the experts here.

I have a chance to but a Digital HD Tuner card for my PC.
With the cable companies Cable card, it will allow you to record content to your hard drive.

Will ANYDVD HD allow encryption of this file (On the hard drive, not a DVD) so it could be copied and viewed on another PC?
