true hd downconvert problem

hab folgendes problem, hab bei der blu ray "todeszug nach yuma" die ture hd tonspur auf ac3 downconvert. jedoch hab ich das problem, dass ab mitte des filmes der ton nicht mehr synchron ist. woran könnte das liegen?

kann ich den vc1 videospur mit true hd problemlos muxxen? gab ja immer probleme das der film dann stumm war.
