Trouble with CloneDVD Mobile

I am a long-time user of AnyDVD and CloneDVD. I am now attempting to use the trial version of CloneDVD Mobile on a laptop running Windows XP, and the application keeps crashing. If the program works for me--I want to start putting my DVD collection on my new Apple TV, then I will purchase it. Please advise

What AnyDVD version do you run?

How much space does the video file consume? How much space is left in itunes? How much space is left on your hd partition?

What profile did you choose in CloneDVD mobile?
What resolution did you choose?
Did you alter any of the special settings (Cinemascope, Quality, Deinterlacing)?
What file name did you enter?
What label name?

And what exact error message do you get at what point?
