Trouble getting several games to work with Game Jackal

I have tried everything I can figure out......Millionaire just will not create a Game Jackal profile that will work.......any help would be appreciated....also having trouble with Need For Speed II SE, Need For Speed III Hot Pursuit, and Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2.....all four are older games, but.....
