The SIMPSONS MOVIE
Region:B File creation date: 10/28/2007 Size: 31.5 GB
running time: approx 86 min

If you think that this movie is worth keeping, hereafter the steps:

1. Rip to Hard Disc with AnyDVD HD 6.4.0.0 or newer (Don't forget to buy it, it merits every penny)

2. TsSplitter
JOIN 00116.m2ts 5:03 min 1,649,334 kB
117.m2ts 6:04 min 2,008,626 kB
127.m2ts 0:19 min 105,102 kB
128.m2ts 15:49 min 5,216,304 kB
118.m2ts 28:57 min 9,592,554 kB
119.m2ts 30:30 min 9,265,362 kB

3. TsRemux
Target: Eng version with eng subs + eng Hearing impaired.

With 34 streams in the joint file TsRemux is a real pain in...
Once sorted, you can make your choice of language and subs.

1 - AVC video #17 evident

2 - DTS-HD XLL master #0, eng
3 - DTS #1, fra
4 - DTS #2, deu
5 - DD #3, nld text
6 - DD #4, nld inserts
7 - DD #5, fin
8 - DD #6, swe
9 - DD #7, eng comments, stereo
10 - DD #8, eng comments, stereo

11 - PG #0, eng for hearing impaired
12 - PG #1, eng text
13 - PG #2, fra text
14 - PG #3, fra inserts
15 - PG #4, deu text
16 - PG #5, deu inserts
17 - PG #6, nld text
18 - PG #7, nld inserts
19 - PG #8, fin text
20 - PG #9, fin inserts
21 - PG #10, swe text
22 - PG #11, swe inserts

23 - PG #12, eng director's comments
24 - PG #13, fra "
25 - PG #14, deu "
26 - PG #15, nld "
27 - PG #16, fin "
28 - PG #17, swe "
29 - PG #18, eng "
30 - PG #19, fra "
31 - PG #20, deu "
32 - PG #21, nld "
33 - PG #22, fin "
34 - PG #23, swe "

Nota: For English subs to work you need PG#0 and PG#1.
The full set on the disc is 22.0 GB, so there is little space for a 2nd set of subs if you choose English .

My PDVD didn't recognize DTS-HD streams (0x86), only video no sound.
Burned the disc and it runs without a glitch on a stand-alone player.

Other languages than English:

Before burning the disc you should adjust the language informations in PLAYLIST and CLIPINF.
TsRemux shows "ENG" for whatever the language is.

Hope this helps.

I'm wondering why you didn't do the join and select streams in one pass with tsmuxer ? did you try this and encounter problems with the joins ?

It seems using tsmuxer to join files has a stutter after each joined section.
