What are you doing or trying to do?
How are you doing it?
What are you using?


What disc type (dvd/blu-ray?) and region?

We need a hell of alot more info than "having problems". I suggest you read https://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?52659-PLEASE-read-this-before-you-post provide more info AND that logfile, then we can proceed and try to help you. But we don't have a crystal ball that will magically tell us what "problems you're having".


BTW: using you're private email as your username is NOT a good idea on ANY forum, you're asking to get spammed that way.
 
Deserves the "best of SlySoft" award (or maybe a grief counselor). They did keep their request brief however!
