been trying to find in the forums anything about this disc to see if there is information on it but can't, when you look at the video tracks in CloneDVD2 only half of them show up as previews, and all the tracks (Ex.72-93) the titles with no time actually have time (as seen in the 2 screenshots) and when you remove them the quality bar does not move up at all, stays at 50% just like it showed at 50% when the disc was first inserted, just hoping someone could shed some light on this, or maybe they did but I cant find the post for the movie The Last Song R1 Dvd in the forum which Ive looked through a lot, any help would be great. Thanks a lot. I have attached 3 screenshots

a) Ensure Anydvd is running.
b) Put the problematic original movie dvd in your drive. Wait for Anydvd to scan the disc.
c) Right click the red fox icon on your system tray.
d) Select "Create Logfile"
e) Wait for Anydvd to create a log file.
f) A pop-up screen will appear. Take note of the location where Anydvd created the logfile and the logfile's name. Click "ok".
g) Windows Explorer will open, and you will see a zip file called "Anydvd_Info_titleofmydisc.zip" (or something similar; see step f)
h) When replying or posting in the Slysoft forums, look for the icon that looks like (in other words, look for the paperclip after clicking "quote" or when creating a new thread)
i) If you don't see that paperclip icon, click the "go advanced" button. You should see that icon now. Click the paperclip.
j) A small pop-up screen should appear (if it doesn't please ensure your browser is enabled to allow pop-ups from the Slysoft forums)
k) Click the "Browse" button, and locate and select the .zip file you created.
l) click "upload"
m) Close the window. When you submit reply, or submit a new thread, the .zip file will be attached automatically for us to take a look at

That's normal. AnyDVD fills in video material from unprotected parts to protected parts. CloneDVD recognizes that the material is already used and doesn't change the quality bar.

thanks a lot for the responses everyone, sorry I forgot to post a logfile will do next time first :) James, I now understand that it wont change the quality bar by removing the titles with no time as those are the filled in ones(If I understood you correctly), but why then doesnt it change the quality bar by removing the ones that actually do have time listed for them. Just wondering as since I wasnt sure and didnt want to lose to much quality made a full dvd-9 backup and it worked just fine. have always wondered about that as I have come across a few random Dvd's that have this issue?
