Windows 8 x64 and Virtual Clonedrive 5.4.6.2 beta. (happened with 5.4.5 and 5.4.6 as well)
When you open the "drive" dialog from the system tray icon popup, the window goes out of screen as it's always drawn on the right side. It should say "mount" and have a list of previously mounted ISOs. In this case I only see the edge of the window at the right edge of the screen.
This happens whether toolbar is in the bottom of the screen or in the right edge. Moving toolbar to the left edge is a workaround but that's just wrong..
